Onboarding We invite candidates interested in serving Valley View to visit our property to meet with our executive director to learn more about our organization, committees, who we are and how we operate. We will also ask candidates to meet with a couple board members who will share their personal experience with the organization and discuss our current efforts and future plans. We want anyone who joins our board to feel they have a connection to our mission and that their time will be well spent and rewarding to them personally.
