Learn about the assets and needs of our community, and experience our grant review process.
Welcome our clients, and interview them to assess their needs. Also assist with office work such as filing, copying, and making needed phone calls.
Drive the truck for food pickups, as well as food delivery to our clients.
Help fill the bags with groceries, stock shelves, package bulk products, and sort donated food.
Help us maintain the building and grounds of Action Ministries.
We are always in need of a deep clean – whether it is for our shelter, our office buildings, or even sprucing up our outdoor areas.
Learn how to operate the phone systems and assist in answering calls, transferring calls to the right staff member/community partner, and taking messages as needed.
Help in preparing, setting up, and facilitating an event. Events such as Mardi Gras, Shower & Summer Sunday
Provide child care for our clients while they work towards finding employment, attending meetings/trainings, and securing an education
