Way to Help Title Way to Help Content Volunteering at Bethany House is rewarding, fun, and most important, makes a difference in the lives of homeless families. When you hep Bethany House with childcare, you get to play games, read books, do a variety of arts & crafts and supervise outdoor play. Childcare is Monday through Thursday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at our Fairmount shelter, located at 1836 Fairmount, and our Bond Hill shelter, located at 1629 Joseph Street. Adults age 18 and older need to complete a volunteer application, have a background check ($10 fee) and tour the facility. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to helping once per week.
