Way to Help Title Way to Help Content As a Girl Scout leader, you work with a small group of girls to guide them on their leadership journey. Hands-on activities help girls work cooperatively, make decisions, build relationships, take risks- all in a supportive and safe environment. As a leader, you will ask girls about the activities they want to do, prepare for meetings and field trips, and work with other adults to make it happen. You will get to know the girls very well and they will appreciate all the time you give to helping them have a wonderful experience. You will meet twice a month or can also have shorter-term experiences like once a week for six weeks.
