Help with conferences, workshops, fairs, staffing tables at community events or sending out mailings.
Help by organizing center events, being a bus monitor, leading a parent activity, supervising children in the classroom or on field trips.
Potential projects are varied, but some of the most common include: painting and repairing Head Start and Neighborhood Centers, building playgrounds, conducting food drives, organizing a Christmas, Thanksgiving or Back-to-School donation drive, and more.
Share a message of hope and opportunity with each and every young person you reach. Work together to teach the importance of workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
Help provide and serve meals for around 40 shelter guests.
Assist with either Answers in Genesis, the Creation Museum, or the Ark Encounter.
Work with our animals, either at the shelter, at off-site events, or on one of our committees. Note, 14-17 yr olds must be accompanied with parent or guardian.
Event volunteers assist with set up and take down of event equipment. During events, CPC volunteers educate the general public about “pit bull” dogs and about the work our organizations does, both within the rescue community as well as the Greater Cincinnati community at large.
Speaking for classes, forums, panels and working at booths or information tables at events such as Pride, Youth Summit, Black Family Reunion, school events, PTA meetings.
